For optimum performance, it is best to install the solar pathway lights in full sunlight and let them charge for 8 hours. Allow the lights to run at least 8-12 entire charging and discharging cycles to reach the maximum capacity of the battery. When the sunlight is insufficient, it is recommended to use the low light mode to extend the use time and ensure the charging time of the solar landscape lights. There are 2 lighting modes of the solar spot lights for you to make a choice: low light mode & high light mode. Make sure the landscape spotlight is inserted or mounted under direct sunlight, no shielded or eaves to block the solar panel. Otherwise, the lighting time will be shorter.
